The past week has been a packed week in what we call the semi-annual training.  It has been a week long of messages and study and hospitality.  This time, I felt that I could not do too much in terms of cooking, and luckily my guests felt the same way.  We ate out a lot, and one of the places we went to was a Mediterranean place that served mint lemonade.  It was delicious but seemed really easy to duplicate, especially at the price of almost $4.  So I told my hubby I would find a recipe and make it.

Turns out this mint lemonade is called Limonana by folks in the Middle East.
